Sync setlists to your calendar

Subscribe to your gigs from Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or any calendar app, so every setlist you play shows up next to the rest of your week.

Last updated October 26, 2026

Calendar sync gives you a private link to your setlists from every band you are in. Your calendar app subscribes to it and keeps it up to date on its own, usually within a few hours of a change.

It includes the setlists you are on: the ones you have accepted and, if you want, the ones you haven't answered yet. Setlists you said you can't make stay off the calendar.

Turn it on from the web

  1. Click your name or avatar at the bottom of the sidebar.
  2. Open Calendar sync.
  3. Click Add to Apple Calendar or Add to Google Calendar and confirm in the calendar that opens.

Using another calendar app? Use the copy button under Or copy your private link and paste the link into your calendar's option for subscribing to a calendar by URL.

Turn it on from the app

  1. Tap your avatar in the bottom right corner.
  2. Under Preferences, tap Calendar sync.
  3. Tap Add to Apple Calendar (iPhone and iPad) or Add to Google Calendar. To use the link somewhere else, tap Share next to it.

Pending invites

With Include pending invites switched on, setlists you haven't answered yet show as tentative until you answer. Switch it off to see only the gigs you have said yes to.

Keep the link private

Anyone with your link can see your schedule. If it ends up somewhere it shouldn't, click Reset link and confirm. Every calendar subscribed to the old link stops updating, so add the new one to your own calendars again.
