How does it work with rotating volunteers?+

Set up positions like Vocals, Keys and Drums, then invite volunteers to fill them for each service. They accept or decline from the email, anyone who hasn't answered gets a reminder in the days before, and everyone can add their services to their own calendar.

Can we use it with in-ear monitors?+

Yes - stem splits give you isolated click tracks and vocal guides you can route into your IEM mix.

Does it support multiple keys per song?+

Absolutely. Set a key offset per setlist, so each lead vocalist gets the song in their key and the charts follow.

Is there a phone app for the team?+

Yes - Music Planner is on iPhone, iPad and Android. Volunteers can accept this Sunday's setlist with one tap and read the charts in LIVE from a tablet on the stand. On Android, a home screen widget shows the next service.
