Duplicate a setlist
Play the same set again next week? Copy a setlist's running order and open positions to a new date in a few clicks.
Last updated October 26, 2026
Duplicating saves you rebuilding a running order you have already worked out, for a weekly service, a residency or a second night of a tour.
You need the Manage setlists permission.
Duplicate on the web
- Open the setlist and click the menu (the three lines in the header).
- Click Duplicate.
- Check the Name, Location, Date and Time. The date starts on the same weekday and time as the original, in the first week that is still ahead.
- Click Duplicate. The new setlist opens straight away.
Duplicate in the app
Open the setlist, tap the menu button next to Go live and tap Duplicate setlist.
What gets copied
- Copied: the whole plan: songs, sections, items and breaks in the same order, with each song's gig key, tempo, notes and timings, plus the description.
- Copied as open slots: the positions the lineup needs, for example Vocals, Drums and two Guitars. Slots someone had declined are left out.
- Not copied: the people. Nobody is invited to the new setlist until you fill the slots on its People tab. Messages are not copied either.
Songs that have since been deleted from the library are skipped.
To fill the slots, see Assign bandmates to a setlist.
