Assign bandmates to a setlist

Assigning tells bandmates they are playing that gig, and lets them confirm. It does not restrict who can see the setlist: every member of the space can open every setlist.

You need the Manage setlists permission to assign or remove people. It is off by default for members; the owner can turn it on for everyone or give it to a role.

Add people

1. Open the setlist and click the people icon in the header.
2. Click Invite and tick the members to add.
3. Leave Add directly off to send each person an invitation they accept or decline. Turn it on to add them straight away without asking.
4. Click Add.

See who has confirmed

Each person shows as Accepted, Pending or Declined. Anyone who was invited sees a banner on the setlist with Accept and Decline buttons, and gets an email.

To take someone off the setlist, open their row menu and click Remove from setlist.

Talk about the gig

Every setlist has a Messages panel, opened from the speech bubble icon in the header. Any member can post there, reply, react, share a GIF or start a poll, for example to pick the closing song.
