Remove members, leave or delete a space

Manage members

Everything here is on the People page, in each person's row menu.

• Resend invitation: sends a fresh email to someone who has not accepted yet.
• Revoke invitation: cancels a pending invitation. You can always send a new one.
• Remove user: takes a member out of the space. Needs the Delete user permission. This cannot be undone, but you can invite them again.

The owner cannot be removed, and you cannot remove yourself. Leave the space instead.

Leave a space

Open Space settings and choose Leave space. You lose access to the space and its contents. Nothing is deleted for anyone else, and you need a new invitation to come back.

The owner cannot leave. They have to transfer ownership or delete the space instead.

Hand a space to someone else

Owner only. In Space settings, choose Transfer ownership, pick a member who has already joined, and confirm. They take over the space and its subscription, and you stay on as a member. Only they can transfer it back.

Delete a space

Owner only. In Space settings, choose Delete space, turn on the acknowledgement switch, and type the space name to confirm. This permanently deletes the songs, setlists, files and membership. There is no undo.
