Read, transpose and export a chord chart
Transpose a chart on screen, switch to Nashville numbers, change the text size, scroll along with the recording, and download a PDF in any key.

The chart header on a song's Chords tab has everything for reading a chart at rehearsal. These options change how the chart is shown to you, not the chart itself, and they are remembered on this device.
Transpose on screen
Click the key button (for example G (+2)) and step the chart up or down. Reset returns to the written key. This is display only: a bandmate opening the same song sees it in the original key, and it resets when you leave the page.
To play a song in a different key at a specific gig, set Key offset (semitones) on the song's block in the setlist Plan instead. That offset is saved and applies to the charts in Live mode.
The key button only appears when the song has a key. Set one with Original key in the Edit song dialog.
Nashville numbers
The 1,4,5 button switches chords to numbers relative to the key, so the same chart works in any key. It needs the song to have a key.
Text size and autoscroll
- Text size: the A A button offers S, M, L and XL.
- Autoscroll: when the song has audio, the play button in the chart header scrolls the chart along with playback. Adjust the speed from the button next to it.
Export a PDF
- Click the download icon in the chart header.
- If the chart is transposed, choose between the current key and the original key.
- Click Download PDF.
The file is named after the song and its key. In numbers mode you get a numbers chart instead.
You do not need to export anything for Live mode. Every saved chart automatically gets a chord chart, a numbers chart and a lyrics-only chart PDF, which you can pick from Change files on stage.
